The app does not collect payments or provide emergency dispatch. Confirm service scope, fees and professional advice directly with the provider.
Enquiries and appointments
A request, phone call or email enquiry is not a confirmed appointment or transport assignment. A request becomes confirmed only after provider acceptance. You can cancel eligible active requests in your account; the provider should be contacted directly about any separate fee or service arrangement.
