From introduction to activation

A clear review process, before any service goes live.

  1. Introduce your fleet

Discuss vehicle categories, fleet size, service areas, availability and your dispatch contact.

  2. Inspect and verify

Review vehicle condition, cleanliness, GPS, stretcher, lighting and category-specific equipment; verify driver licence, experience and emergency response understanding.

  3. Agree operating terms

Define service areas, fares, commission, payment cycle, cancellation handling, complaints, insurance, liability and applicable compliance.

  4. Prepare for dispatch

Review acceptance, navigation, minimum necessary patient information, pickup verification, trip completion and incident escalation before activation.

Planned service journey

  1. A transport request and required vehicle category are identified
  2. A nearby available partner accepts
  3. Pickup details and estimated arrival are shared
  4. Pickup verification, patient transfer and hospital drop
  5. Trip completion, transparent invoice and settlement

The partner dashboard supports request review and status updates. Payments, video consultations, prescriptions and live dispatch are separate integrations and are not provided by this request workflow.

Commercial terms

Illustrative ride commission: 10–20%, subject to agreement. Fares may include base, distance, waiting and applicable equipment charges, with any night surcharge disclosed. Dialysis, oncology, senior transport and corporate packages are planned options; no public price or priority dispatch guarantee is active.

Quality commitments

  • Acceptance, response time and on-time arrival
  • Trip completion, cancellations and fleet utilization
  • Customer feedback, incident handling and repeat bookings

Planned partner tools

  • Ride alerts, availability and navigation
  • Pickup verification and trip history
  • Earnings and settlement information
  • Support, performance and incident coordination

Service responsibilities

Vehicle category, clinical equipment, staffing and suitability must be verified for each transport need. Basic life support, advanced life support, neonatal/paediatric support and patient transport vehicles serve different requirements.

Where we plan to begin

Kolkata, Howrah, Salt Lake and New Town are proposed initial focus areas. Fleet targets are planning goals, not an available ambulance count.
