  • Digital payment acceptance and an authorized point of contact
  • Clear prescription review, packaging and delivery handoff arrangements

Bank account details and a cancelled cheque for verification.

This is a preparation checklist, not a request to upload documents. Do not send sensitive information through general email.

From introduction to activation

A clear review process, before any service goes live.

  1. Introduce your pharmacy

Share your store name, locality, contact details, opening hours and delivery capability.

  2. Verify your store

The review checks licence validity, ownership, location, bank details and contact information. Only verified partners may be activated.

  3. Agree responsibilities

Confirm commission, settlement cycle, cancellations, delivery responsibilities, service expectations, privacy and dispute resolution.

  4. Train for fulfilment

Prepare staff for order acceptance, prescription verification, invoices, packaging, delivery handoff and support.

Planned service journey

  1. Customer submits an order and prescription where required
  2. A nearby pharmacy reviews and accepts or rejects the request
  3. Medicines are checked, packed and invoiced
  4. Delivery is assigned and completed
  5. Payment is settled under the agreed terms

The partner dashboard supports request review and status updates. Payments, video consultations, prescriptions and live dispatch are separate integrations and are not provided by this request workflow.

Commercial terms

Illustrative example only: a ₹1,000 medicine order less ₹100 commission and ₹20 gateway charges leaves ₹880. Weekly launch settlements, zero onboarding fees and no initial monthly subscription are proposals, not confirmed offers. Final terms must be agreed with the team.

Quality commitments

  • Acceptance rate, stock availability and preparation time
  • Order cancellations and repeat customers
  • Customer ratings and complaint resolution

Planned partner tools

  • Orders and basic inventory updates
  • Digital invoices and store profile management
  • Earnings, analytics and settlement history
  • Customer ratings and support tickets

Service responsibilities

Prescription verification and compliant dispensing remain essential pharmacy responsibilities. Stock, pricing and delivery must be confirmed before an order is accepted.

Where we plan to begin

Proposed initial localities include Salt Lake, New Town, Howrah, Bally, Shibpur, Garia, Behala, Dum Dum and Barasat. Availability is not confirmed.

Is there a confirmed onboarding fee or settlement cycle?

No public commercial offer is active. The documents propose no initial onboarding or subscription fee and weekly launch settlements; signed terms will determine the final arrangement.
