Diagnostic lab partnerships

From sample collection to a clearer next step.

Connect pathology, home sample collection and imaging with a coordinated patient journey. Bring your laboratory expertise, reliable reporting and local service knowledge.

Who can partner

Local labs, regional chains and imaging centres. Accredited laboratories are prioritized where possible; accreditation claims must be verified.

  • Registrations and licences applicable to your services
  • Qualified laboratory personnel and digital report generation
  • Reliable turnaround times and digital payment acceptance
  • Home collection capability where offered; barcode tracking preferred

Prepare for verification

Business and credentials
Registration certificate, PAN, GST if applicable, applicable laboratory licences and accreditation certificates if held.
Service catalogue
Test and imaging catalogue, price list, branch list, working hours and test-specific turnaround times.
Collection and settlement
Phlebotomist details, collection timings and service areas, bank details and cancelled cheque.

This is a preparation checklist, not a request to upload documents. Do not send sensitive information through general email.

From introduction to activation

A clear review process, before any service goes live.

  1. Introduce your services

Discuss branches, pathology and imaging capabilities, collection areas and operating hours.

  2. Review credentials and capacity

Verify applicable licences, personnel, accreditation claims, reporting and collection arrangements.

  3. Agree service standards

Set test-specific turnaround times, collection windows, cancellation handling, escalation paths, commissions and settlement terms.

  4. Prepare the workflow

Review booking acceptance, technician assignment, sample tracking, report review and secure report delivery before activation.

Planned service journey

  1. A test and suitable collection slot are selected
  2. The lab accepts and assigns a technician where needed
  3. Identity or OTP checks, sample collection and barcode tracking
  4. The laboratory receives, processes and verifies the sample
  5. A reviewed digital report is shared and the customer notified

The partner dashboard supports request review and status updates. Payments, video consultations, prescriptions and live dispatch are separate integrations and are not provided by this request workflow.

Commercial terms

Illustrative negotiated ranges: routine pathology 15–25%, imaging 10–20% and health packages 20–30%. Weekly launch settlements are proposed. Collection fees and test-specific service levels must be agreed; example collection or reporting windows are not guarantees.

Quality commitments

  • Booking acceptance and successful home collections
  • Technician arrival and report turnaround time
  • Customer satisfaction, repeat bookings and complaint resolution

Planned partner tools

  • Booking acceptance and technician scheduling
  • Report upload and branch management
  • Revenue and settlement reports
  • Customer reviews and service support

Service responsibilities

The diagnostic partner is responsible for sample collection, testing, report generation and medical responsibility. Arogo Care’s planned role covers booking, payment coordination, notifications and support, with optional logistics coordination.

Where we plan to begin

Kolkata, Howrah, Salt Lake, New Town, Barasat and Hooghly are proposed initial focus areas, subject to partner verification and service readiness.

Before you get in touch

A few useful details about the next step.

Can imaging centres join?

Yes. The plan includes MRI, CT, PET-CT, ultrasound, X-ray, mammography and DEXA where properly supported. Preparation instructions, appointment slots and report timing must be confirmed by the centre.

Does every partner need to provide home collection?

Home collection capability is preferred for appropriate pathology services. Imaging usually requires a centre visit. Discuss your service model and available staff with the team.
